In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By registering an Account on the asia69 Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the date of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of any registration, deposit, or wagering activity.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee or director of asia69 or any affiliated company.
• You do not hold more than one (1) registered Account on the asia69 Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through asia69's Responsible Gaming tools or imposed by any other gambling platform or regulatory authority.
• You understand that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether accessing and using asia69 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

asia69 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any of the above representations at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe constitutes grounds for Account suspension.

3.1 Registration Process

To use the asia69 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

3.2 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. asia69 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify asia69 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each User is entitled to maintain only one (1) active Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same IP address, the same device, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. asia69 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and will permanently suspend all associated accounts, forfeiting any balance therein, upon detection.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

asia69 may require identity verification at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal, after a deposit threshold is reached, or following a request for a promotional benefit. Documents typically required include:

• A valid government-issued national identity card (KTP) or passport showing name, date of birth, and photograph;
• A recent bank statement or proof of the payment method used for deposits;
• A selfie photograph holding the identity document, if requested.

asia69 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Accounts where verification cannot be completed due to document fraud, mismatch, or User non-cooperation will be permanently suspended.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

asia69 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. asia69 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds by providing reasonable notice via the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within a target timeframe of under five (5) minutes for e-wallet channels during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 15 minutes and 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule and interbank clearing windows.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per request.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.
• asia69 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts in a different name.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed and no active bonus wagering requirements outstanding on the Account.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

asia69 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures consistent with international standards. Deposits must come from payment sources registered in the User's own name. Withdrawals will be returned to the original deposit source where technically possible. asia69 may request additional documentation to satisfy AML obligations, and may report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by asia69 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) promotional credits — are subject to the specific wagering requirements and validity periods stated at the time of offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to Users who have completed registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Only one (1) welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses awarded to a User's Account must be wagered at the stated wagering requirement multiplier before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Bonus credits may only be used on eligible game categories as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%) toward bonus wagering requirements.
• asia69 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a User has abused or attempted to abuse the bonus system, including by exploiting low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk.

5.2 Wagering Requirement Calculation

Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount credited. For example: a Rp 500.000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires a total bet volume of Rp 10.000.000 before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Partial fulfillment of a wagering requirement does not entitle a User to a proportional withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of being credited, and wagering requirements that are not completed within 30 days of bonus activation, will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

6.1 Sportsbook

asia69 offers pre-match and live in-play betting across a wide range of sports markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports. The following rules apply to all sportsbook wagers:

• All bets are final once confirmed. asia69 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time a bet is placed. In-play odds fluctuate continuously; the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided after commencement, bets will be settled according to the specific rules applicable to that sport and market as published on the Platform.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to return a positive payout. A single voided leg in a mix parlay will reduce the accumulator to the remaining legs without cancelling the entire bet, unless the resulting combination falls below the minimum leg count for that market.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets operate on the standard Asian handicap settlement rules. Quarter-ball and half-ball handicaps are supported.

6.2 Live Casino

Live dealer games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sicbo — are subject to the individual game rules presented within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, the outcome will be determined based on the game provider's recorded server data. asia69 accepts no liability for client-side connection failures that interrupt game play.

6.3 Slot Games

All slot games available on asia69 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome within any individual session. Malfunction of any slot game voids all related plays and returns the wager to the player.

6.4 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results on asia69 are determined by publicly verifiable reference draws. asia69 does not control or influence draw outcomes. Payouts are calculated according to the published prize table applicable to each draw type at the time of ticket purchase.

6.5 Sabung Ayam

Sabung ayam (cockfighting) markets are offered on select third-party streamed events. Bets on Meron (the red corner) or Wala (the blue corner) are settled based on the official result announced by the event organizer as relayed by the content provider. asia69 accepts no responsibility for the conduct of the event itself.

6.6 Maximum Winnings

asia69 reserves the right to apply maximum single-event payout limits. These limits are communicated within the relevant betting market or game interface. Winnings exceeding applicable caps will be reduced to the stated maximum without further recourse.

asia69 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered Users at any time through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases apply immediately.
• Session Time-Outs: Users may temporarily suspend their Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a time-out, the Account cannot be used for any betting or gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their wellbeing may request permanent self-exclusion. Permanently excluded accounts cannot be reopened. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
• Reality Checks: Users may configure periodic in-session notifications reminding them of the time elapsed and net wagering activity during the current session.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the asia69 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to the appropriate authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, scrape odds, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or betting system to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or unknown error are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of coordinated wagering based on non-public information.
• Laundering funds through the Platform, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or structuring transactions to evade detection.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent Account restrictions.
• Sharing Account credentials with or allowing access by any third party, including through account-selling, account-renting, or proxy-betting arrangements.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations in the User's jurisdiction of residence.
• Posting or transmitting any defamatory, abusive, or harassing content through any communication channel provided on the Platform, including live chat.

All content on the asia69 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, software, text, and game content — is the property of asia69 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from asia69;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or game content;
• Use the asia69 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without explicit written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of asia69's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, asia69 shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of reputation, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, Force Majeure, technical failure, or any other reason;
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions;
• Any unauthorized access to a User's Account resulting from the User's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, asia69's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

asia69 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• asia69 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between the User's device and Platform servers.
• Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where legally required.
• Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the support team, subject to legal retention obligations.

12.1 Suspension by asia69

asia69 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a User's Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably suspects or determines that the User has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8;
• Failed to satisfy a KYC or AML documentation request within a reasonable timeframe;
• Become subject to a self-exclusion order or responsible gaming intervention.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved, and any remaining cash balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within five (5) business days.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for any reason, the User's license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any outstanding bonuses and uncleared wagering requirements are automatically forfeited. Cash balances in compliant accounts will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which asia69 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits asia69's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent irreparable harm.

asia69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 12.2.

The version of the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of any specific transaction or dispute shall apply to that transaction or dispute, regardless of any subsequent amendment.
